At one time or another we all question if we are good enough. If we are providing enough for our families, spending enough time with family, making time for friends, etc. I know this very well as I have spent countless hours with the thought, “I’m not good enough,” in my head. I’m sure many people can relate!

I graduated from undergrad and was supposed to take the MCAT and start medical school, but I doubted myself. So I went to graduate school instead and got a Master’s degree to procrastinate medical school. I can’t think of anything else that would be productive to postpone my test date again. When thinking that, I feel immense dread. Clearly feelings of self-doubt can inhibit success and accomplishing goals.
